These terms cover the website. They do not change anything in an agreement you have signed with us.

No transportation contract

Nothing on this site creates a contract to move freight. Freight moves under the agreements we sign with shippers and with carriers, and under the rate confirmation issued for each load. Where this site and a signed document say different things, the signed document controls.

We are a broker

DNL Freight Solutions, LLC is a licensed property broker, USDOT 3969040 and MC 1482594. We arrange transportation with authorized motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and we do not haul freight ourselves.

Quotes and rates

A quote you request through this site is an estimate for planning. It is not an offer, and it depends on available capacity, current market conditions and the details you give us. A rate is firm when we confirm it in writing for a specific load.

Quotes depend on accurate information. Weight, commodity, temperature, dates and any special handling change what a load costs, so tell us what is actually shipping.

What you send us

Send us information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. What we do with it is described in our Privacy Policy.

What you may not do

• Scrape or harvest this site or its content, other than search engines indexing it.
• Use the site to break a law, or to send anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive.
• Interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else's use of it.
• Copy the site or present it as your own.
