Information we collect

• Quote requests. Pickup and delivery locations, dates and times, equipment, temperature, load size, weight, commodity, pallets, freight class, load count, target rate and special requirements, plus your name, business email, phone, company and notes.
• Carrier setup. Your name, phone, business name, email and MC number.
• Contact messages. Your name, email and the message you write.
• Calls and emails. What you tell us when you call or write to us directly.
• Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that sent you here. Your browser sends this automatically when you visit.

How we use it

• Respond to your request and follow up about your freight.
• Prepare quotes, arrange transportation with carriers, and coordinate pickup and delivery.
• Set up the carriers we work with.
• Keep the site working and secure, and understand how visitors use it.
• Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Carriers. When we arrange a shipment, we give the carrier the details it needs to accept and move the load, such as locations, dates, equipment, commodity and the contacts for pickup and delivery.
• Service providers. Companies that host this site, deliver the emails our forms send and measure site traffic. Each receives only what its service needs.
• Legal requirements. When a law, court order or government request requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
• Business transfers. If DNL Freight Solutions is sold or merged, information may pass to the new owner.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google, which can collect information about your activity on this and other websites over time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies in your browser.

Our fonts are served from this site, so no third party receives your IP address for them. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it to answer your request, carry out a shipment you book, keep business records, and meet legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete it.

Security

This site uses encrypted connections, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, or what a shipment in progress still needs.

Visitors outside the United States

DNL Freight Solutions is based in the United States and serves shippers and carriers in the United States and Canada. Information you send us is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
